Just heard about a cool "natural" mosquito repellant.  Listerine diluted with water in a spray bottle!  We tried it and this is the verdict...1 yeah and 2 nay's.  We used a generic brand so that may be the reason for the nay's??  I like the idea!

“Lizard-Tails”

September 2007

It’s back to school and hope everyone had a great summer! I had a lot of fun…I went to my first sleep-away camp and also saw snow for the first time. I learned how to ski and had a blast. I love snow!!! Only thing is there are no lizards….

  • We also did some new images since the last newsletter. Check them out in our photo gallery…”Lone Star Lizards”, “My Dad” and “Minnesota Lizard”. I did “My Dad” that way since he likes his couch and tv. The lizard I caught was a “curly tail”. He was pretty big and hard to catch. He now comes to the front door of the house every day and begs for food. I’ve named him Charlie and feed him super mealworms.
  • Country Fried Videos came and did a shoot here at my house so I thought it would be fun to do a cowboy scene. Here is an image of a western scene we did for them. It should be on tv right now on CMT (Country Music Television).
  • Have you checked out the new “Ripley’s Believe It or Not – The Remarkable Revealed” book? I love their books…full of weird and cool stuff. Anyway, on page 238 they wrote about how I relax lizards! If you live in S. Florida, stay tuned! Ripley’s is coming to The Society of the 4 Arts for a special event in December. E-mail me if you want more information.
  • Here’s a pic that my dad took of me doing a pirate shoot with one of the lizards. I loved “Pirates of the Caribbean” and thought it would be fun to do one with lizards.
  • and here’s a pic of my pets “Snowy”, “Ila Mae” and “Bob” hanging out together. “Snowy” and “Bob” get really jealous of each other. That’s the dog and bird.
